Rotary Die-Cutter Operator
Pay listed is top rates. Skill level and experience will be
reviewed for a start rate
Setting up Print Plates, UV for printing, and Press Controls
with computer interface.
Preparing accumulator for finished sheets.
Preparing load and transfer tags for stock.
Inputting production statistics into computer.
Performing machine maintenance and minor repairs.
Monitoring all job functions to match Specification Manual.
Working from Production Card for proper instructions.
Preparing paperwork for each order.
Inspecting stock for proper specifications, ink for proper color
and viscosity, and processed stock for quality using print sheets,
mylar, and die-cut drawings.
Completing Quality Check Sheet on back of Production Card.
Following all safety policies/procedures including, but not
limited to following Lock Out/Tag Out procedures,
maintaining neat and orderly work area, and monitoring all job
functions to match safety policies.
Shift start: 7:00AM or 11:00PM
Shift length: 8 hours
Overtime may require to start early or stay late

Basic Math Skills
