Are you ready?Position Overview:?The objective for this role is to develop the next generation of engineering technology?talent who will drive Eaton's growth through research,?product development and design contributions in core strategic?technologies. This is a two-year entry level rotational program within a single technological discipline, which may include Power Electronics, Embedded Systems, Software or Advanced Materials. Come join a world-class organization where you can grow your career and impact the future.Basic Qualifications (Including Educational Requirements)* Currently possess or will have obtained?Bachelor's, Master's or PhD?degree in?engineering with a focus in electrical, mechanical, computer, materials, engineering technology, or computer science from an accredited institution, with a graduation date no later than August 2021 * Minimum cumulative GPA of 2.8?or higher (please do not round)? * Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without Company sponsorship? * Minimum of one internship or co-op experience completed at the time of this application?? * Geographical flexibility to relocate within the United States for the duration of the Development Program??? Preferred Qualifications* Design engineering experience in any of the following areas: Power Electronics, Embedded Systems, Software or Advanced Materials Position Criteria* This role may include travel (up to 25%) within a local region as determined by the Engineering and Technology assignment manager.??Eaton provides a competitive total rewards package commensurate with applicable skills, knowledge, and experience and consistent with internal and external market practices. The beginning annual salary range for this role is $70,000.
