Job Description:
Position Summary: Responsible for positive patient
identification and accuracy identifying the patients insurance
carrier as well as the proper subscriber for all registered and
pre-registered patients. Responsible for collection of revenue for
services provided for all departments.Position
Requirements:Associate''s Degree or 2 years experience in a
Physician Office setting, or equivalent experience preferred.Basic
knowledge of medical terms, specific to medical diagnosis.Customer
service experience.Experience with computer programs, such as
keyboarding and Microsoft based products.Ability to multi-task and
handle high stress situations.Professional communication
skills.Multi-line telephone experience.Team Player - able to work
