• Approve and sort all incoming mail and packages from various carriers
• Take care of clerical tasks like word processing, filing, scanning, archiving, and faxing
• Foster optimal machine performance by troubleshooting simple problems (clearing jams, refilling toner, replacing machine oil, etc.)
• Enter, group, and/or distribute mail and packages
• Attain high volume of letters, memoranda, invoices, and other indexed documents within specified guidelines
• Help employees complete diverse projects as necessary
• Discourage assembly errors by maintaining an organized work station
• Utilize mail processing equipmentRequirements
  • Implement general clerical operations tasks that are routine and/or repetitive in nature
  • Seasoned in mail processing at organizational level
  • Ability and willingness to meet business critical deadlines
  • Strong time management skills preferred
  • Comprehensive knowledge of customer service
  • Familiar with handling office equipment

  • High school diploma or equivalent
