Job Description Job Description We are seeking a hands-on
Production Supervisor for our 1st shift operations. This is a
working supervisor role, meaning the ideal candidate will actively
work alongside the team while overseeing daily production, employee
performance, and workflow. The supervisor will play a key role in
scheduling, inventory support, and ensuring production goals and
quality standards are met. Pay for this position will be based on
experience around $18/hr with great opportunities for raises and
bonuses. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and work alongside
production employees on the floor Schedule work and assign tasks
for all shifts based on production needs Ensure daily production
goals, quality standards, and safety requirements are met Assist
with inventory tracking, materials coordination, and reporting
shortages Monitor employee performance, attendance, and
productivity Train new employees and provide ongoing coaching to
existing staff Troubleshoot production issues and escalate concerns
as needed Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Communicate effectively with management regarding production status
and staffing needs Qualifications: Previous supervisory or lead
experience in a manufacturing or plastics environment preferred
Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to manage
employees while remaining hands-on in production Experience with
scheduling, inventory support, and basic reporting Knowledge of
safety procedures in a manufacturing setting Reliable attendance
