Job Description Job Description Essential Duties and Responsibilities: ? Read production drawings and verify mold setup ? Prepare materials and operate chop gun to apply fiberglass per standards ? Roll laminate for proper bonding and finish ? Measure and inspect work using jigs, templates, or gauges ? Safely operate all tools and machinery ? Maintains tools, equipment and a clean work area ? Assist with moving and staging large panels ? Solid experience with use of basic hand and power tools ? Able to pass a forklift drivers test and safely operate a forklift ? Able to read tape measure and perform basic math and fraction conversions ? Must be able to arrive on time and work a full shift with minimal absenteeism ? Other duties as assigned Benefits: ? 2 weeks of vacation 1st through 4th year; 3 weeks of vacation after 4th year ? Closed between Christmas and New Years with pay ? 3 Personal days per year ?
