Elyria, Ohio seeks a Probate Associate to join our team. Our core

immediately seeking a skilled Probate Associate to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in probate
administration and estate planning. As an Associate with our firm
your key responsibilities will be: represent clients in probate
administration matters, draft and prepare legal documents,
including estate plans, pleadings, motions, and discovery requests,
conduct legal research and analysis to support cases and provide
strategic advice, negotiate settlements on behalf of clients to
resolve disputes effectively, attend hearings, depositions, and
trials as necessary and collaborate with other attorneys and
support staff to ensure comprehensive case management.
