Boutique plaintiff personal injury firm is looking to add a personal injury paralegal to their growing team. This award-winning firm specializes in very complex perosnal injury and medical malpractice and this the chance to really make a difference in client's lives.

Desired Background:

• At least 5 years of litigation paralegal experience, open to paralegals with plaintiff personal injury or insurance defense backgrounds
• open to someone on the plaintiff or defense side
• Experience with personal injury, wrongful death, elder abuse, or medical malpractice preferred
• Drafting complex legal documents for review by attorneys--pleadings, subpoenas, discovery requests & responses, correspondence, interrogatories/answers, other legal documents
• Conduct legal research and investigations as needed
• Assist in deposition prep, pre-trial investigations, trial preparation, including assistance with preparation of witnesses for deposition and/or trial, preparing exhibits/other demonstrative evidence for use at trial
• Assist in legal administrative duties, familiarity with relevant legal technology
• Have an enthusiastic positive approach and be a team player
