Job Description We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Janitor to maintain the cleanliness and professional appearance of seven automotive facilities, including one administrative office building, one body shop, and five dealership showrooms. This position is responsible for the complete interior cleaning and upkeep of all assigned buildings to ensure a safe, sanitary, and welcoming environment for customers and staff. Key Responsibilities General Cleaning & Maintenance Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors daily Maintain and care for carpeted and tile flooring Dust furniture, fixtures, vents, window sills, lights, and display areas Clean glass doors (interior), windows (interior), and mirrors Empty trash and recycling bins; replace liners Maintain entryways and lobby areas Bathrooms Clean and sanitize toilets, urinals, sinks, and countertops Restock soap, paper towels, toilet paper, and other supplies Mop and disinfect floors Wipe and sanitize wall surfaces Clean mirrors and fixtures Ensure bathrooms remain sanitary and odor-free Breakrooms & Beverage Stations Clean and sanitize countertops, tables, and appliances Maintain beverage/coffee stands Clean sinks and cabinets Empty trash and replace liners Restock basic supplies as needed Offices & Showrooms Clean and sanitize desks, common areas, and high-touch surfaces Vacuum carpeted areas Mop tile floors Maintain a polished, professional appearance in all customer-facing areas Body Shop & Office Building Maintain cleanliness of office spaces and common areas Sweep and mop designated interior areas of the body shop Ensure administrative offices remain clean and organized Additional Duties Report maintenance or repair issues to management Follow safety guidelines and cleaning protocols Secure buildings as required Perform periodic deep-cleaning tasks (see below) Assist with special cleaning projects as assigned Deep Cleaning Once a month, each building will receive a deep cleaning Cleaning Carpets Polishing tile floors Replacing urinal mats Wiping down all walls Additional items as directed
