SourcePro Search is conducting a search for a Senior Business Analyst (direct hire) for one of our top clients in Cleveland. The successful candidate will meet the following requirements: Bachelor of Science in a technical, CS or business field 4-years of experience creating business data and process models. Must have testing experience. Experience with the following: JAD facilitation, Data Flow Diagrams, Work and Process Flow diagrams, Entity Relationship Diagrams, Data Models, Sequence Diagrams and Activity Diagrams, Use Case development. 3-years of experience delivering software projects using RUP (Rational Unified Process) or other development methodology process. Experience gathering technical requirements and building business case and justifications (ROI). Knowledge of user interface design.
