Job Description:

Our client is looking to hire a Senior Program Manager to lead a multi-phase client engagement for a large-scale infrastructure migration project.  Preferred location is Cleveland, Ohio, however remote will also be considered.
The ideal candidate has led multiple infrastructure migrations involving multiple workstreams. Specifically:

• 
  
• Directory Services – Azure Active Directory
  
• Messaging and Collaboration consisting of Office 365, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Microsoft Teams
  
• Devices & Deployment, Mobile Device & Application Management
  
• Security and Support Services (in conjunction with Fortress SRM)
  
• Ongoing Operations and Support Model
  
  Proven success in holding vendors and team members accountable to meeting committed deadlines and deliverables is a must. Primary responsibilities include the management of initiatives from beginning to end that will span multiple functional areas including third party vendor management.  The Senior Program Manager will plan, execute, and finalize projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. This includes acquiring resources and coordinating the efforts of team members and third-party contractors or consultants to deliver projects according to plan. The Program Manager will also define the project’s objectives and oversee quality control throughout its life cycle. This position requires a steadfast execution mindset, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to collaborate in a demanding environment while maintaining a composed, professional demeanor.

  • Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support each Phase and SOW in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
    
  • Effectively and continuously communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.

    • Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals.
      
      
      • 
        
      • Set and continually manage project expectations with team members and other stakeholders.
        
      • Ability to manage and hold vendors accountable to timelines and deliverables. 
        
      • Plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools.
        
      • Track project milestones and deliverables.
        
      • Determine the frequency and content of status reports from the project team, analyze results, and troubleshoot problem areas.
        
        Management
        
        • 
          
        • Direct and manage project development from beginning to end.
          
        • Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents.
          
        • Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel.
          
        • Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project teams.
          
        • Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path.
          
        • Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.
          
        • Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans.
          
        • Coach, mentor, motivate and supervise project team members and contractors, and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work.
          
           
          Qualifications
          
          • 
            
          • 7+ years working as a Program Manager
            
          • Demonstrated experience in Infrastructure & Cloud Migration/Azure project work
            
          • Demonstrated experience in Network project work
            
          • Strong planning and management skills, with ability to lead technical project managers
            
          • Ability to create and manage infrastructure migration plans and communicate on detailed technical tasks with teams
            
            
            • 
              
            • Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to be persuasive, encouraging, and motivating
