US Technology Strategy & Partnerships helps Deloitte senior
executives to architect strategies and transformational programs
for growth and value creation through innovation with our major
ecosystem and alliance partners, portfolio optimization across firm
networks, and business model transformation. Our team's job is to
identify and architect initiatives that transform our businesses
through growth opportunities with our major alliance partners - the
largest technology firms in the world.
To do this, we have assembled a team of business and technology
strategy experts that each contribute unique capabilities and
insights - including Corporate & Business Unit Strategy, Strategy
Execution, Growth Transformation, Technology Strategy & Insights,
Enterprise Cloud Strategy and Business Transformation. Strategy
professionals serve as trusted advisors to executive leadership,
working with them to make clear, data-driven choices about where to
play and how to win in order to drive growth and unlock enterprise
value.
Work you'll do
We are seeking an experienced Strategy Manager to help define how
Deloitte will leverage emerging technologies and work with
strategic partners to shape new markets, harness innovative
technologies, and create new business models to better serve the
needs of our clients. This is a high visibility role that will
provide exposure to senior firm leadership through a range of
strategy projects including business unit growth strategy, industry
growth strategy, strategic planning, business model analysis and
operating model design.

For individuals assigned and/or hired to work in Colorado or
Nevada, Deloitte is required by law to include a reasonable
estimate of the compensation range for this role. This compensation
range is specific to the State of Colorado and the State of Nevada
and takes into account the wide range of factors that are
considered in making compensation decisions including but not
limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and
certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The
disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable
geographic differential associated with the location at which the
position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an
individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their
role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and
circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current
range is $115,030 to $211,850.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual
incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program,
whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including,
without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
