Title: Sr. Hybris Technical Lead with SAP Commerce Platform Duration: 7 Months with possibility of extension Location: 100% Remote Work - (Charlotte, NC)-Pay Rates: W2 Only (no C2C) - Job Details:- The Sr. Hybris Technical Lead for Commercial IT will be responsible for designing and building SAP Hybris configurations and code to enable our business divisions to sell online. This role will maximize our investments in this key commercial technology to offer our customers every competitive advantage to meet their objectives. The Sr. Hybris Technical Lead will interact with product owner, project teams, vendors, architects, and service delivery owners to ensure optimal solutions. This requires a deep understanding of the product capabilities, the customers business objectives and business value delivered.- Responsibilities: --- Deliver incremental projects on the SAP Commerce platform to support business needs and requirements --- Helps integrate developed solutions with upstream UI solutions and downstream ERP platforms --- Translate functional requirements into product features and to deliver the optimal solution --- Work within IT cross-functionally and with vendors/partners, to successfully identify, prioritize, and resolve issues and provide subject matter expertise with development activities, enhancement requests and operational improvements. --- Participate on development activities as needed. --- Partner with Architects and Product Owner to maintain technology roadmap of SAP Commerce platform and evaluate future implications, limitations, and opportunities --- Work with Project Managers and Scrum Masters to manage expectations with internal and external stakeholders --- Regularly engage with solution architects, service owners and clients to understand and deliver business opportunities --- Identify technical and process improvement opportunities and socialize/advocate to get them implemented --- Explore new commercial solutions and ideation of new business opportunities --- Participate in cross-organizational strategic initiatives - Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Management, or a related field - Technical Qualifications: --- 15+ years' experience developing multi-tier web applications --- 7+ years of hands-on experience designing, developing, and implementing both B2B and B2C eCommerce applications using SAP Hybris, SAP Commerce and/or Commerce Cloud --- Hands-on experience with SAP CPQ (Callidus Cloud). Solution Sales Configuration (SSC) experience preferred --- Hands-on experience with search using Apache Solr, integration using Datahub/SCPI/hot-folders, industry accelerators, Spartacus, and other standard Hybris modules --- Experience programming in Java, JSP/Servlets, Spring framework, and JavaScript --- 3+ years' experience in delivering solutions using Agile methodology --- Solid foundation in cloud-native development practices, CI/CD patterns, DevOps practices and tools --- Proficient in using cloud platforms like AWS and Azure- Other Desired Qualifications: --- Exceptional interpersonal, teamwork skills --- Quick learner, self-motivated, driven, and ability to work independently --- Strong written and verbal communication skills --- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills --- Working knowledge of all the IT function --- Ability to understand the long-term and short-term perspectives of situations --- Ability to quickly comprehend the functions and capabilities of the product
