A Financial Technology client based in Colorado is looking for a fully remote mid-level Software Engineer to join their growing engineering organization. This person will be 1 of 3 people in their scrum team, and a part of a larger group of 10 engineers that are responsible for developing new features and capabilities on the company's proprietary customer portal. This Software Engineer will be responsible for developing, testing, and deploying microservices written in Java, Javascript, Groovy, and SQL technologies to add to the portal's transactional processing capabilities. Each engineer has a dual role of coder and tester.

This is a smaller, tight-knit company, full of motivated and talented individuals who are serious about both the company's success and the team culture. This is a 100% remote role, but the team meets once every two weeks in Golden, CO if the candidate would like to attend in-person. This role is budgeted $100-130k depending on level of experience. This is a W2 opportunity and unfortunately not eligible for C2C or sponsorship.
