In addition to the technical skills listed below, you must be a detail oriented individual who can get into the complexity of a variety of real-time systems. You will need to combine this with very good people skills in order to be a successful team leader. We have been developing and supporting control software in C++ and assembler for almost 30 years for a client that is the lowest cost, highest quality manufacturer in their industry. A member of our team will be retiring in the next two years. Therefore, we are planning both a personnel transition as well as a development effort to provide a quality system for the twenty- first century. Skill Requirements Must Have

• Expertise in C++ and Object Oriented Design and Methodology
• Outstanding Character and Long-Term Perspective Additional Beneficial Experience (optional)
  • Advance Degree
  • Familiarity with Assembly Language and Embedded Development
