Currently, 7signal is looking to add a Wi-Fi Engineer, Customer Service to join their team in Ohio.The Wi-Fi technical support specialist, Customer Service tasks will include:Serve as the first point of contact for customers seeking technical assistance over the phone, email or ticketing systemPerformance alarm monitoring and actionsAssist customers and sales engineers with product setup and deploymentResearch and troubleshoot technical issuesAnalyze and troubleshoot customer Wi-Fi issuesCustomer deliveries coordinationDesired Skills And ExperienceThe preferred candidate will have:B.Sc. or M.Sc.
