opportunities. Your Key Responsibilities Ensure implementation and
execution of agreed HR programs, policies and standards and
operational processes Develop, align and ensure implementation of
policies and guidelines, plan budgets and assign projects and
resources Act as business partner, and ensure that local HR
services are utilized efficient and effectively Functions as an
active member of the HR team and includes operational and
administrative work Lead and develop assigned HR operations
organization Manage relationships with regional or sub regional or
line management, employees and external stakeholders. Liaise with
business or function management, develop HR solutions, and manage
related change processes Some travel will be required to support
the client groups Your Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Human
Resources, Business Administration, Labor Law, Social Sciences or
related discipline Previous demonstrated leadership experience in
Human Resources; preferably in a manufacturing setting Proven
ability to effectively engage and collaborate with external
stakeholders, fostering productive relationships to achieve mutual
objectives Highly motivated and proactive individual with a robust
work ethic, consistently demonstrating initiative and drive in all
undertakings External candidates must have authorization to work in
the U.S. without the need for an employment visa or sponsorship Our
