Division Director of Human Resources
CommuniCareHealth Servicesis seeking an experienced HR professional to oversee our Heartland Division. We are one of the fastest growing long term care providers in the country, and we are in need of a seasoned HR Professional to lead our Heartland Division. This position will oversee the HR operations of 30+ Long Term Care facilities throughout Ohio. The Division Director of Human Resources will be responsible for guiding the HR operations, with an emphasis on labor management, turnover/retention, strategic recruitment plans, and HRIS system management and utilization.Workday HRIS experience is a big plus.
QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

• 
  
• Extensive HR law knowledge and practical application experience.
  
• All aspects of labor force management including needs-based scheduling, compensation, and technology for labor management.
  
• Proven, specified, and hands-on experience with turnover reduction/retention metrics.
  
• Must prove your background has involved engineering HR change with affected results for multiple locations.
  
• Degree and HR certification strongly preferred.
  
• 5+ years progressive HR experience.
  
• Workday experience a strong plus.
  
• Multi-location experience a must.
