Come grow with us while we embark on new and exciting changes.:IND4The corporate payroll specialist will oversee the facility payroll process, ensuring that all processes are executed appropriately and in a timely manner. Reviews and analyzes each payroll before submission. Operates as the subject matter expert and escalation point to resolve issues and continuously looks for improvements in operational processes, designs and implements those initiatives. Optimizes the contribution of the payroll processors through coaching and implements those workable solutions to business issues/problems with referral to management.Conducts work planning, estimation, and prioritization to optimize performance of team and works with human resource/payroll manager to define standards and develop best practices to improve efficiency of payroll processes. Provides accurate and consistent answers to associate inquiries through critical thinking and problem solving. Delivers guidance in basic and complex WFM needs by referencing standard scripts, quick reference guides, the WFM Knowledge Base, basic WFM knowledge and other point solution systems. Oversee and coordinate with a team for WFM and Payroll solutions and processesCandidates should have some combination of the following: Associates degree preferred 3+ Long term care, Skilled Nursing and Assisted Living experience Report creation and data analysis experience Proficient in Microsoft excel and word.
