General Manager at Quality Inn - Dundee, MI will be responsible for
overseeing all aspects of hotel operations and ensuring the highest
level of guest satisfaction. This role requires a highly organized
and detail-oriented individual who can effectively lead a team.
Responsibilities: Manage and oversee all daily operations of the
hotel, including front desk, housekeeping, maintenance, and food
and beverage departments Develop and implement strategies to
increase revenue and minimize costs Ensure all guest rooms and
public areas are maintained and cleaned to the highest standards
Train and motivate team members to provide exceptional customer
service Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders,
including vendors, suppliers, and local organizations Monitor and
analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for
improvement and implement appropriate action plans Handle and
resolve guest complaints and issues in a timely and professional
manner Requirements: Previous experience in a similar role within
the hospitality industry Strong leadership and management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proven ability to
develop and maintain positive relationships with team members and
guests Knowledge of hotel operations and industry trends Ability to
work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment Flexibility to
work weekends, holidays, and nights as required Bachelor's degree
in hospitality management or a related field (preferred) Benefits:
