The OTR Tire Service Technician is a core part of Pomp's Tire Service and opens the door for great growth and potential with our team. Many of our Store Managers began in this role. • Rack and hoist vehicles for inspection using company vehicle
• Perform onsite service and repairs (tire installation and repair) at customers location
• Responsible for safe operation of company vehicles including compliance with speed and traffic regulations
• Fleet inspections
• Maintain clean work environment and equipment
• Participates in training, follows safety procedures, job duties and company policies
• Other duties as assigned Job Requirements:
  • Valid CDL and ability to pass pre-employment driver's file
  • Experience with OTR/ heavy duty/ commercial tires
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Ability to lift, pull or push tires weighing between 30-250 lbs. with or without mechanical assistance
  • Ability to safely change and repair commercial tires in all weather conditions. If you have experience as a detailer, maintenance technician, carpenter, laborer, landscaper, lube technician, or in general like the idea of working with vehicles then this is the role for you.
