Job Summary
The Client Advisor will focus on Fortune 200 companies in Retail,
and will drive the strategy and execution plan in those accounts
for Stratascale / SHI. - -Stratascale is an IT Consultancy focused
on Cloud, CyberSecurity, Data Intelligence, Digital Experience, and
Automation.
This position is a remote position with a home office set up;
however, the candidate is required to reside in the Central Region
(TN, KY, IN, OH, KS, MO, IA, MN, MI, ND, SD, NE, IL) to support
business needs.
This is an outside sales position. The Client Advisor is expected
to spend the majority of their time in customer-facing activities
that require up to 50 percent travel. - -

Responsibilities
Include but not limited to:
- Building and maintaining relationships at the C-Level
- Maintaining excellent CRM hygiene
- Understanding the customers' business on a deep level
- Collaborating with Pre- and Post-Sales Internal Support
Teams
- Leading a large team of internal and partner resources
- Continuing Education on industry trends, products, and market
conditions
- Exceeding sales targets by selling company products, solutions,
and services to new and existing customers
- Traveling within assigned sales territory to meet existing and
potential customers and attend company events
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum of 5+ Years of Successful IT Sales Experience with
Fortune 500 Enterprise and Global Retail clients as a team leader
in a direct outside sales role
- Proven success selling high-value Consulting Engagements to
Fortune 500 and Global Retail Companies.
- Documented track record of cracking underpenetrated
accounts
- Proven history of exceeding sales targets ("President's Club",
etc.)
- Has built and maintained pipeline of 4x quota or more
- Positioned advisory, consulting and large professional services
programs with Executives and C-Suite.

Unique Requirements
- Involvement in Industry-Specific professional
associations
- Experience working with or for a GSI or Boutique
Consultancy.
- Experience working with or for leading HW/SW OEM's. -
Additional Information
- The estimated annual pay range for this position is $175,000 -
$400,000 which includes a base salary and commission. The
compensation for this position is dependent on job-related
knowledge, skills, experience, and market location and, therefore,
will vary from individual to individual. Benefits may include, but
are not limited to, medical, vision, dental, 401K, and flexible
spending.
