Job Description:
A Shift Manager is responsible for maintaining Customer Service
in a Convenience Store by generating sales, maintaining a clean and
organized store image, merchandising, pricing, cash register
operations/Point of Sale (POS) and loss prevention in adherence
with all Company/Store policies including brand and image
standards.The Shift Manager will assume the responsibilities of the
Assistant Manager in the absence of the Assistant Manager and
assigned to this role by the Manager, Primarily works opposite
Manager and Assistant Manager, and every other weekend.
