- Ability to learn and be knowledgeable on all company products.
Preferred Qualifications for the Customer Service Representative
- 1-2 years of customer service experience
- Problem solving and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Word, Outlook & Excel
- Strong phone and email skills
