RN Weekend Supervisor (Part-Time) Schedule: Saturday – Sunday
(7am - 7pm) Location: New Castle, KY About the Role: We are seeking
a dedicated Registered Nurse ( RN ) Weekend Supervisor to join our
team. This leadership role ensures high-quality care and smooth
operations during weekend shifts. If you are passionate about
patient care and enjoy leading a team, this is the perfect
opportunity for you. Responsibilities: Supervise nursing staff and
ensure compliance with care standards. Coordinate patient care and
resolve issues promptly. Monitor staffing levels and adjust as
needed. Communicate effectively with families, staff, and
management. Maintain accurate documentation and uphold regulatory
requirements. Qualifications: Current RN license in Kentucky.
Minimum 3 years of supervisor y or leadership experience preferred.
Strong clinical and organizational skills. Ability to work
independently and manage multiple priorities. Salary & Incentives:
$38.00 – $42.00 per hour (based on experience) Weekend Differential
