Job Description ADEX Healthcare Staffing LLC is seeking a travel nurse RN Telemetry for a travel nursing job in Cleveland, Ohio. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Telemetry - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 04/17/2026 - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, rotating - Employment Type: Travel RN Position Job Notes: Travel or Local Registered Nurse needed for ASAP start. A minimum of 2 years of recent hospital bedside experience is required. Candidates must be able to start within 5 weeks. Opportunity for extension upon successful completion of the initial assignment. $750 referral bonus available. Opportunity: /n RN - Tele /n/n Job Details: /n • Work 3x12-hour shifts with day/night rotating schedule: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM / 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM /n• Shifts may be variable if needed to meet operational needs of the hospital /n• Must work at least every other holiday /n• Minimum 18 months recent Med/Surg Telemetry experience required /n• Must have 18 months permanent experience in specialty prior to travel assignments /n• Permanent Ohio license or compact state license required /n• Required certifications: AHA or American Red Cross BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS /n• ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate assessment completed during orientation with acceptable scores required /n• Maximum 2 attempts to pass assessments or assignment will be canceled /n• Hours worked submitted through Qualivis Lotus system /n• One reference from manager, ANM, supervisor, or director in specialty required /n• Complete 4-15 hours of pre-start modules (4 hours billable) /n• Badge pickup and onsite fingerprinting required prior to start date /n• BCI/FBI prints must be completed within 48 hours of signing contract /n/n Facility: /n This major medical center operates as a comprehensive healthcare facility providing advanced medical and surgical services.
