Job Description J-1 / H-1B Eligible Orthopedic Surgeon Opportunity – Western New YorkPosition Overview RecruitWell is partnering with an integrated, nonprofit health system in Jamestown to recruit a Board Certified or Board Eligible Orthopedic Surgeon for a full-time, permanent position. This is a general orthopaedic surgery role with a preference for adult reconstruction, serving a strong community-based practice in Western New York. Practice Highlights - General Orthopaedics with preference for adult reconstruction - Join an established team of two experienced Orthopedic Surgeons - Hospital designated as a Center of Excellence for Orthopaedics - Advanced Practice Provider support: Dedicated team of 7 APPs across clinic, OR, and hospital - Robust primary care referral base ensuring consistent patient volume - Fully integrated Epic EMR across the health system - Hospital investing in future growth: - Planned large-scale OR renovation - Recently upgraded radiology services - Employed, nonprofit health system - PSLF eligible - New graduates welcome Immigration Support - J-1 and H-1B visa sponsorship available Compensation & Incentives - Base salary range: $645,000 – $731,000 - $50,000 sign-on bonus - Productivity and quality incentives - wRVU-based productivity incentives - Residency stipend - Student loan repayment available - Competitive compensation commensurate with experience and training Final compensation may include incentive-based earnings and is determined by experience, expertise, and market factors. Specialties include Cardiology, Gastroenterology, General Surgery, Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, Nephrology, Neurology, Pulmonary/Sleep Medicine, Women’s Health, Orthopaedics, Aesthetics, and Neurosurgery. Administrative and business support is provided by the hospital, including a state-of-the-art medical mall in Jamestown.
