44195! Job Title: Stepdown Neuro Registered Nurse Profession:
Registered Nurse Specialty: Stepdown Neuro Duration: 13 weeks
Shift: Night Hours per Shift: 12 hours (19:00 - 07:30) Experience:
Minimum of 18 months of permanent experience in the specialty
applying for prior to travel assignments. License: Permanent Ohio
license or compact state license in hand. Certifications: American
Red Cross BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certification required. Must-Have: -
18 months of recent Neuro Stepdown experience; travel experience
will suffice. - Preferred, but not required: PCU/Progressive care
experience. - ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate
assessment will be completed during orientation, an acceptable
score is required. - Traveler must work at least every other
holiday. Description: This position is for a registered nurse
specializing in stepdown neuro care. The role involves providing
care for patients recovering from neurological conditions.
Successful candidates will have significant experience in a
stepdown or progressive care environment. Nurses will be
responsible for monitoring patient status, administering
medication, and collaborating with the healthcare team. Candidates
must demonstrate competency in various neuro-specific assessments
and interventions. All required certifications must be active, with
no pending items. Nurses will work night shifts and must adhere to
the facility's policies on holidays and assessments. Please ensure
