Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: PICU - Pediatric Intensive Care - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 04/17/2026 - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, rotating - Employment Type: Travel Opportunity: RN - Clinic Job Details: • Work in Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU) • Day/Night rotating shifts: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM / 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM • Shifts may be variable to meet operational needs of the hospital • Must have 18 months of permanent experience in specialty prior to travel assignments • Must have 18 months of recent Pediatric experience • Provide specialized care for patients of all ages up to 25 years • Experience in epilepsy monitoring required • Must work at least every other holiday • Complete ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate assessment during orientation • Must pass assessments with acceptable scores (2 attempts maximum) • Use Qualivis Lotus system for submitting hours worked • Required certifications: AHA or American Red Cross BLS, ACLS, PALS, EKG interpretation, and inotropes knowledge • NIHHS certification preferred • Must have permanent Ohio license or compact state license in hand • One reference from manager, ANM, supervisor or director in specialty required • Complete badging and fingerprinting at facility prior to start date • Complete 4-15 hours of pre-start modules via Silkroad system Facility: This major healthcare organization operates a comprehensive medical center providing advanced pediatric intensive care services.
