winning team, you will provide care for your baby, carefully watch
for any changes, give medicines, and partner with other NICU team
members to work together with parents to create a plan of care for
your high-risk newborn. - Joining the UH Rainbow Babies and
Children’s NICU team comes with many benefits, including a sign-on
bonus of $8,000 for experienced RN’s with at least 1 year of NICU
experience. *All sign on bonus amounts are subject applicable taxes
What's Your Schedule: - Full time: Day/Night rotation - Alternating
weekend/holidays - Some call shifts will be required Straight Night
shift or part time opportunities may be available for experienced
NICU RNs only that have at least 1 year of recent NICU experience

Team and tour our unit! Qualifications Education (BSN) Bachelor's
Degree in Nursing, RN Diploma, ADN, or MN required Knowledge,
Skills, & Abilities - 1 year of inpatient RN experience required.
NICU or Newborn experience preferred. - New Grad RN's outside of UH
Rainbow Babies and Children's and the UH MacDonald Women's
Hospital, are not being considered at this time. - Knowledge of
nursing process and practice. (Required proficiency) - Uses a wide
variety of technical equipment to meet patient needs and prescribed
clinical therapies (ie. stethoscopes, thermometers,
sphygmomanometers and electronic monitoring devices. (Required
proficiency) Licenses and Certifications - Registered Nurse (RN),
Ohio and/or Multi State Compact License (Required Upon Hire) and -
Basic Life Support (BLS) (Required Upon Hire) - Advanced Cardiac
Life Support (ACLS) May be required based on the clinical care
standards of the unit. Refer to ACLS/PALS Unit Requirements
document found on DWP Nursing Portal to determine requirements by
unit. - Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) May be required
based on the clinical care standards of the unit. Refer to
ACLS/PALS Unit Requirements document found on DWP Nursing Portal to
