Job Description Job Description Mancan is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated individual to join our Workers Compensation Division. We are a full-service staffing company that is self-insured and self-administered. Job Skills Preferred: Assist in the administration of workers compensation claims. Communicate effectively with medical providers, employees, and internal staff. Experience in a medical setting, ie, occupational medicine clinic, orthopedic practice, or urgent care facility. Maintain organized records and ensure timely completion of required paperwork. Provide general support to the Workers Compensation Division. Prior experience in workers compensation or claims administration preferred. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Knowledge of CPT and ICD 10 coding procedures and UB4 or CMS/HCFA1500 billing forms. Familiarity with C9, C84, Medco14 and First Report of Injury *Workers' Comp paralegal experience is a plus * Will train for the position of claims administration Compensation: Salary is based on experience and skill level and will be discussed in interview.
