development Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Dental
Assistant to join our dynamic dental practice. The ideal candidate
will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care
while assisting the dentist with various procedures. This position
requires a strong understanding of dental practices, and excellent
communication skills. Duties Assist the dentist during examinations
and procedures, ensuring a smooth workflow. Prepare and sterilize
instruments and equipment in accordance with safety protocols. Take
digital dental X-rays and CBCT 's, ensuring compliance with safety
standards. Record patient medical histories and vital signs
accurately. Provide patient education on oral hygiene and
post-treatment care. Maintain accurate patient records using
Dentrix Ascend. Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations to protect
patient confidentiality. Skills Proficiency in all aspects of
General Dentistry practices. Knowledge of dental coding related to
dental procedures. Ability to perform X-Ray imaging safely and
effectively. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent interpersonal skills to foster positive patient
