provided to qualified applicants Schedule: 3x12-hour rotating
day/night shifts (7am-7:30pm / 7pm-7:30am); shifts may vary based
on operational needs Highlights: High-acuity Step-Down (HVTI) unit
caring for critically ill patients requiring intermediate-level
monitoring Rotating shift model provides variety and flexibility in
your schedule ECG rhythm recognition and safeMedicate assessments
completed during orientation Every-other-holiday schedule ensures
work-life balance throughout the year Supportive onboarding process
with comprehensive pre-start modules Opportunity to work in a
progressive, high-volume healthcare environment Requirements:
Active and unrestricted Ohio RN license or current Compact state
license Minimum 18 months of permanent nursing experience in
specialty Minimum 18 months of recent Step-Down experience (travel
experience acceptable) Progressive Care Unit (PCU) experience
preferred but not required Current AHA or American Red Cross BLS,
ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required One supervisory reference
(manager, assistant nurse manager, supervisor, or director) in
specialty required COVID-19 and Flu vaccinations required
(medical/religious exemptions only) Ability to pass ECG rhythm
recognition and safeMedicate assessments during orientation Clean
