Full-time position (Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM) Professional

an integrated care team. Key Responsibilities Conduct psychosocial
assessments and diagnostic evaluations Provide individual, group,
and family therapy services Develop and implement treatment plans

Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work from an
accredited program. Licensure: Active Ohio State License (LCSW,
LICSW, or LISWS). Experience: New graduates welcome; experienced
clinicians encouraged to apply. Technical Skills: Knowledge of
behavioral health assessment and treatment modalities; EHR
proficiency. Soft Skills: Strong therapeutic skills, empathy,
cultural competence, and ability to work collaboratively in a team
