Qualifications Education Qualifications - (BSN) Bachelor's Degree in Nursing Required or - (MSN) Master's Degree in Nursing Required - Other Accredited Program Diploma in Nursing Required or - (ADN) Associate's Degree in Nursing Required or - (BSN) Bachelor's Degree in Nursing Preferred or Skills and Abilities - Knowledge of nursing process and practice. (Required proficiency) - Uses a wide variety of technical equipment to meet patient needs and prescribed clinical therapies (ie. stethoscopes, thermometers, sphygmomanometers and electronic monitoring devices.
