ADEX Healthcare Staffing LLC is seeking a travel nurse RN PCU - Progressive Care Unit for a travel nursing job in Cleveland, Ohio. Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: PCU - Progressive Care Unit - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 02/27/2026 - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, rotating - Employment Type: Travel Opportunity: RN - Stepdown Job Details: • Work 3x12 hour shifts with day/night rotating schedule: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM / 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM • Shifts may be variable if needed to meet operational needs of the hospital • Must work at least every other holiday • 18 months of permanent experience in stepdown specialty required prior to travel • 18 months of recent stepdown experience required (travel experience will suffice) • PCU/Progressive care experience preferred but not required • Must have permanent Ohio license or compact state license in hand • Required certifications: AHA or American Red Cross BLS, ACLS & NIHSS • ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate assessment completed during orientation with acceptable scores required • Maximum of 2 attempts to pass assessments or contract will be canceled • Hours worked submitted through Qualivis Lotus system • Pre-start modules average 6-15 hours with 4 hours billable • Badge pickup and onsite fingerprints required prior to start date • BCI/FBI prints must be completed within 48 hours of signing contract Facility: This major academic medical center operates a specialized HVTI-Stepdown unit providing intermediate care for patients requiring closer monitoring than general medical floors but not intensive care.
