Job Description Pride Health is hiring a Phlebotomist – Travel to support our client’s medical facility based in Dearborn MI 48124 is a 7-month assignment with the possibility of a contract-to-hire opportunity and a great way to start working with a top-tier healthcare organization! Job Title: Phlebotomist - Travel Location: Dearborn MI 48124 Duration: 3 Months Taxable weekly Pay: $1625.00/weekly Schedule: All shifts All days of the Week *Pay rate is based on years of experience and educational qualifications. Key Responsibilities: Ability to provide quality, error free work in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work independently with minimal on-site supervision. Excellent phlebotomy skills to include pediatric and geriatric. Flexible and available based on staffing needs, which includes weekends, holidays, on-call and overtime. Committed to all Policies & Procedures including Company dress code, Employee Health & Safety, and Everyday Excellence Guiding Principles. Must be able to make decisions based on established procedures and exercise good judgment. Must have reliable transportation, valid driver license, and clean driving record, if applicable. Flexible hours required to potentially work multiple locations and required to cover at Patient Service Center/In-Office Phlebotomy locations with minimal notice. Capable of handling multiple priorities in a high-volume setting. Must demonstrate Superior Customer Focus; ability to communicate openly and transparently with peers, supervisors and patients; ability to accelerate and embrace change; and knowledge of our business. Training locations may vary based on trainer availability. Required Qualifications: Education: High school diploma or equivalent; medical assistant or paramedic training preferred. Certification: Phlebotomy certification preferred (required in CA, NV, and WA). Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years experience required Customer service experience in a retail or service setting is preferred. Keyboard/data entry skills.
