Cleveland Clinic Main Campus designed to elevate care for complex
neurological conditions — including spine injuries, epileptic
seizures, movement disorders, multiple sclerosis and stroke. This

featuring dedicated spaces for outpatient services, surgery,
stepdown, ICU and epilepsy monitoring, as well as additional
operating rooms (12 in total) and expanded ambulatory, infusion,

team, you will assist fellow caregivers in delivering exceptional

click here. - Our Center for Workplace Violence Prevention and
Caregiver Well-Being sets caregiver safety as a priority,
identifying, reporting and responding to incidents and providing
safety resources. This is a full-time position. Calls and schedules
are reviewed in interview. Shifts will not be assigned until after
orientation. Six-month orientation for future caregivers who are
new to OR specialty fields regardless of prior RN experience.
Orientation is Monday through Friday from 7:00am to 3:30pm. A
caregiver who excels in this role will: - Participate in a
residency core curriculum based on surgery core learning needs. -
Provide direct nursing care alongside a success coach. - Establish
and/or revise priorities for patient care (acuity of need, patient
preference and resource availability). - Respond to data indicating
risk to patients’ health and initiate action to correct, reduce or
prevent risk. - Seek supervision, consultation and assistance when
unable to perform safely and independently. - Document in patients’
medical records Minimum qualifications for the ideal future
caregiver include: - Graduate from an accredited school of
professional nursing - Current state licensure as a Registered
Nurse (RN) - Basic Life Support (BLS) through the American Heart
Association (AHA) - New grad RN OR less than one year of RN work
experience Preferred qualifications for the ideal future caregiver
include: - Bachelors of Science in Nursing (BSN) Our caregivers

- Requires full range of body motion including handling and lifting
patients, manual and finger dexterity and eye-hand coordination. -
Requires standing and walking for extensive periods of time. -
Occasionally lifts and carries items weighing up to 25 pounds and
ability to push, pull, and navigate supply carts weighing > than
75 pounds periodically. - Requires corrected vision and hearing to
normal range. - Requires working under stressful conditions of
working irregular hours. - Requires some exposure to communicable
diseases or bodily fluids. - Medium Work - Exerting 20 to 50 pounds
of force occasionally, and/or 10 to 25 pounds of force frequently,
and/or greater than negligible up to 10 pounds of force constantly
to move objects. - Physical Demand requirements are in excess of
those for Light Work Personal Protective Equipment: - Follows
standard precautions using personal protective equipment as
required. Pay Range Minimum hourly: $33.50 Maximum hourly: $53.60

anticipated range for new hires. A successful candidate’s actual
compensation will be determined after taking factors into
consideration such as the candidate’s work history, experience,
skill set and education. The pay range displayed does not include
