Schedule Night shift, 3 - 12 hour shifts (19:00 - 07:00) Job Description We are seeking a Med/Surg Tele RN to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified nurse with experience in telemetry to provide care in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities - Provide care to patients in a medical-surgical telemetry unit. - Monitor patient conditions and respond to changes in status. - Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes. - Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. - Educate patients and their families about health conditions and care plans. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure - Minimum of 18 months of recent Med/Surg Telemetry experience required. - Active Ohio RN License or Compact State License in hand. - BLS and ACLS certifications required. - Must be able to pass ECG rhythm recognition and safeMedicate assessments during orientation.
