Shift: Night shifts, 3x12-hour (7:00pm – 7:30am) - Alternative
Shift Options: 4x12s or 2x12s available - Hours per Week: 36 -
On-Site Position Registered Nurse Qualifications - Minimum 18
months of recent, permanent Med/Surg Telemetry nursing experience
required for travel nurse candidates - Active, permanent Ohio RN
license or Compact State RN license - Current American Heart
Association BLS & ACLS certifications - NIHSS certification
(willingness to obtain prior to start) - Successful completion of
ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate assessment during
orientation (2 attempts maximum) Med/Surg Telemetry RN
Responsibilities - Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in
the Med/Surg Telemetry unit - Monitor and interpret ECG rhythms;
respond to changes in patient status - Collaborate with
interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement patient
care plans - Accurately document patient assessments,
interventions, and outcomes in the medical record - Participate in
orientation and required competency assessments - Maintain
compliance with hospital policies and procedures - Offer
