Job Description Description Lerner Tower 3 is a 30 bed adult telemetry unit serving primarily postop cardiac and thoracic surgery patients. Six of the 30 beds are capable of providing care for medical or surgical stepdown unit care. /n Shifts available are rotating day/nights or straight nights /n /n At University Hospitals, nurses have always been our front-line caregivers. Uses a wide variety of technical equipment to meet patient needs and prescribed medical therapies (ie. Stethoscopes, thermometers, sphygmomanometers and electronic monitoring devices.
