Registered Nurse (RN) | Med/Surg / Telemetry Location: Cleveland, OH Agency: Cynet Health Pay: $2,109 per week Shift Information: Days - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 13 Weeks Start Date: 2/9/2026 About the Position Job Title: RN Medical/Surgical Profession: Registered Nurse Specialty: Medical/Surgical Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 07:00 AM - 07:30 PM Hours per Shift: 12 Experience: Minimum years of experience required. License: Active RN license required. Certifications: BLS certification required. Must-Have: Experience in medical-surgical nursing. Description: This position specializes in the care of patients with advanced heart failure. Patients with pulmonary hypertension and complex cardiac conditions are included. Electrolyte imbalanced dysrhythmias and tachy-brady syndromes are part of the care provided. Additionally, care is provided for patients awaiting heart transplants. Patients with implantable devices such as pacemakers and defibrillators are also treated. Ventricular Assistive Devices (VAD) patients are included in specialized care. Pre and post cardiac catheterization, ablation, and chemical cardioversion procedures are performed. The anti-dysrhythmic medication Tikosyn is utilized in treatment. This unit also serves as a back-up location for hospitalist services, providing broader medical-surgical experience for nursing.
