Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Telemetry - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 01/30/2026 - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, nights - Employment Type: Travel Job Opportunity – Med/Surg Telemetry RN – Ohio Start Date: January 30, 2026 Location: Cleveland, Ohio Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants Schedule: Night shift, 3 twelve-hour shifts per week, 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM Highlights: - Travel nursing position in a progressive Med/Surg Telemetry unit - Night shift schedule with consistent 12-hour shifts - ECG rhythm recognition and medication safety assessments completed during orientation - Extension opportunities available for up to 18 months - Supportive orientation process with structured onboarding - Electronic documentation system with streamlined workflows Requirements: - Minimum 18 months of recent Med/Surg Telemetry experience required - 18 months of permanent Med/Surg Telemetry experience prior to travel nursing required - Active Ohio RN license or Compact State license in hand at time of application - Current AHA or American Red Cross BLS and ACLS certifications required - Willingness to obtain NIHSS certification prior to start date - One recent reference from a manager, assistant nurse manager, supervisor, director, or charge RN in Med/Surg Telemetry specialty required - Current COVID-19 and Flu vaccinations required (medical/religious exemptions considered) - Negative drug screen required within 12 months of start date - Clear background check with no open cases Why It's a Great Opportunity: This Med/Surg Telemetry position offers the chance to work in a dynamic healthcare environment where your skills will make a meaningful impact on patient outcomes.
