Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Telemetry - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 01/30/2026 - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, days, nights, flexible, rotating - Employment Type: Travel Job Opportunity – Medical/Surgical Telemetry RN – Ohio Start Date: January 30, 2026 Location: Cleveland, Ohio Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants Schedule: 3x12-hour shifts, rotating day/night (7am–7:30pm / 7pm–7:30am); flexibility required to meet operational needs Highlights: - Med/Surg Telemetry unit at a major healthcare facility - Rotating shift schedule with opportunity for both day and night experience - ECG rhythm recognition and safeMedicate assessments completed during orientation - Paid orientation and annual competency modules (up to 4 billable hours) - Every other holiday coverage required - 13-week travel assignment with supportive interdisciplinary team Requirements: - Minimum 18 months recent Medical/Surgical Telemetry experience - Minimum 18 months permanent experience in specialty prior to travel assignments - Active Ohio RN license or valid Compact State license in hand at time of submission - Current AHA or American Red Cross BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required - One professional reference from a manager, assistant nurse manager, supervisor, or director in Med/Surg Telemetry specialty - Successful completion of ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate assessment during orientation - COVID-19 and Flu vaccinations required (medical/religious exemptions considered) - Clear background check with no open cases; no license disciplinary actions Why It's a Great Opportunity: This position offers the chance to work in a high-acuity telemetry environment within a respected healthcare system, where you'll gain valuable experience with diverse patient populations and advanced monitoring technology.
