Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: PCU - Progressive Care Unit - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 02/02/2026 - Duration: 13 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, nights - Employment Type: Travel Neuro Stepdown RN/n/n Location/n Cleveland, OH /n/nAssignment Duration/n This is a 13-week contract position. /n/nSchedule/n Night shift: 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM /n/nJob Description/n The Neuro Stepdown RN will be responsible for providing care to patients requiring neurological monitoring and recovery. The position requires strong clinical skills and the ability to manage multiple patients effectively in a stepdown unit. /n/nResponsibilities/n /n - Deliver care to patients recovering from neurological procedures. /n - Monitor and assess patient conditions to ensure safety and efficacy of care. /n - Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans. /n - Educate patients and families about treatment plans and expected outcomes. /n - Document patient progress and care in compliance with hospital protocols. /n /n/nRequired Experience / Certifications / Licensure/n /n - A minimum of 18 months of recent experience in Neuro Stepdown or related specialty. /n - Active Ohio RN license or compact state license is required at the time of submission. /n - Current certifications in BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS are mandatory. /n - Travel experience is preferred. /n - Successful completion of ECG rhythm recognition and safeMedicate assessments is required during orientation. /n /n/nWhy ARMStaffing?/n At ARMStaffing, we take care of our employees!
