City district) - Unit: 5D Orthopedic / Surgical (Med/Surg
Telemetry) - Assignment Length: 13 weeks - Shift: Night shift, 3 x
12-hour shifts per week (7:00pm – 7:30am) - Hours per Week: 36 -
Employment Type: Travel RN Contract - Start Date: December 19, 2025
- End Date: March 20, 2026 - Estimated Weekly Salary Range: $1780 -
$1910 Registered Nurse Qualifications - Minimum 18 months of
recent, permanent Med/Surg Telemetry nursing experience required -
Active Ohio Registered Nurse (RN) license or Compact State RN
license - Current American Heart Association BLS & ACLS
certifications - Willingness to obtain NIHSS certification before
start date - Successful completion of ECG rhythm recognition test
and safeMedicate assessment during orientation Travel Nurse
Responsibilities - Deliver direct patient care in a fast-paced
orthopedic/surgical telemetry unit - Monitor and interpret cardiac
rhythms; respond promptly to changes in patient status -
Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and
implement patient care plans - Accurately document patient
assessments, interventions, and outcomes - Participate in
orientation and required competency assessments - Maintain
compliance with hospital and healthcare policies and procedures
