Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Telemetry Discipline: RN Start Date: 01/26/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 36 hours per week Shift: 12 hours, rotating Employment Type: Travel Med/Surg Tele RN Location Cleveland, OH Assignment Duration This is a 13-week contract position. Schedule Rotating shifts of 3x12 hours: Day shift from 07:00 to 19:30 and Night shift from 19:00 to 07:30. Job Description The Med/Surg Tele RN will provide comprehensive nursing care to patients with medical-surgical and telemetry needs. This role requires an adaptable healthcare professional who is committed to delivering high-quality patient care in a dynamic clinical environment. Responsibilities Assess and monitor patient conditions, including telemetry readings. Administer medications and treatments as per physician orders. Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans. Maintain accurate and detailed patient records. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Minimum of 18 months of permanent experience in Med/Surg or Telemetry nursing prior to travel assignments. Active Ohio nursing license or compact state license required. Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS. ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate assessments required during orientation.
