Cleveland, OH Duration: 12 weeks Shift: Night Shift, 3x12-Hour
(19:00 – 07:30) Job Responsibilities /t - /t Provide advanced
respiratory care to neonatal and pediatric patients in high-acuity
settings /t /t - /t Deliver respiratory therapy services across
NICU (Level IV), PICU, CVICU, and Pediatric units /t /t - /t Manage
and monitor ventilators, high-frequency ventilation, CPAP, and
oxygen delivery systems /t /t - /t Perform airway management,
suctioning, blood gas sampling, and respiratory assessments /t /t -
/t Assist with neonatal and pediatric resuscitation and emergency
interventions /t /t - /t Collaborate closely with physicians,
nurses, and interdisciplinary care teams /t /t - /t Accurately
document patient care and respiratory interventions per facility
standards /t /t - /t Float to affiliated pediatric and NICU units
as needed, including regional children's and rehabilitation
facilities /t /t - /t Maintain compliance with hospital policies,
safety standards, and infection control practices /t Required
Skills & Experience /t - /t Minimum of 2 years of experience as a
Registered Respiratory Therapist /t /t - /t Required experience in
NICU (Level IV), PICU, and Pediatric critical care /t /t - /t
Strong competency in neonatal and pediatric ventilator management
/t /t - /t Ability to work independently in a fast-paced,
high-acuity environment /t /t - /t Flexibility to float between
pediatric specialty units as required /t /t - /t Strong
communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills /t Required
Certifications & Licensure /t - /t Registered Respiratory Therapist
(RRT) – NBRC (required, active) /t /t - /t Ohio RRT License
(required, active and in hand at submission) /t /t - /t BLS – Basic
Life Support (required, active) /t /t - /t NRP – Neonatal
Resuscitation Program (Advanced) (required, active) /t /t - /t PALS
