Schedule Day 3x12-Hour (07:00 - 19:30); Night 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:30) with rotating shifts. Job Description The position involves providing comprehensive care to patients in the cardiac stepdown unit. You will be responsible for monitoring patient conditions, administering medications, and collaborating with the healthcare team to deliver high-quality nursing care. Responsibilities Provide nursing care for patients in the cardiac stepdown unit. Monitor and assess patient vital signs and health status. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans. Educate patients and families on health management and discharge planning. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Minimum of 18 months of permanent nursing experience in cardiac stepdown. Active Ohio or compact state nursing license required.
