Travel RN Job Details - Location: Cleveland, OH 44195 (Ohio nursing jobs) - Assignment Length: 13-week travel contract - Start Date: January 9, 2026 - End Date: April 10, 2026 - Shift: 3x12-hour rotating shifts (Days: 7:00am–7:30pm / Nights: 7:00pm–7:30am; rotation required) - Hours per Week: 36 - Setting: Med/Surg Telemetry – Special Care Transplant Unit - Employment Type: Travel Registered Nurse contract - Estimated Weekly Salary Range: $2100 - $2250 Registered Nurse Qualifications - Minimum 18 months of recent Med/Surg Telemetry RN experience (travel RN or permanent) - Active and unrestricted Ohio RN license or Compact State RN license - Current AHA BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications (no pending) - One supervisory reference from a manager, ANM, supervisor, or director in Med/Surg Telemetry - Successful completion of ECG rhythm recognition and safeMedicate assessments during orientation - COVID-19 and Flu vaccines required (medical/religious exemptions considered) - Ability to work at least every other holiday during assignment - Completion of BCI/FBI fingerprinting and onsite badging prior to start - Negative 10 Panel Nicotine (Cotinine) drug screen within 12 months of start (annual update required) Travel RN Responsibilities - Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients in a Med/Surg Telemetry unit, including those receiving special care transplant procedures - Monitor and interpret cardiac rhythms; respond promptly to changes in patient condition - Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes - Administer medications, manage IVs, and perform comprehensive patient assessments and documentation - Work rotating 12-hour shifts (days/nights) as required by the hospital - Adhere to hospital policies, safety protocols, and infection control standards - Complete all required orientation modules and competency assessments - Provide compassionate support and education to patients and their families Apply now to join our healthcare team and take the next step in your travel nursing career in Cleveland, Ohio!
